We are seeking an experienced Cerner Physician Documentation Analyst to join our Continuous Services team — a rapidly growing managed services practice supporting a diverse portfolio of Cerner (Oracle Health) clients nationwide. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate within a high-performing team that spans every Cerner solution area, as well as Epic and Workday.

Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing Cerner Millennium Physician Documentation build, testing, and optimization activities.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical stakeholders to enhance documentation workflows, templates, and smart tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve documentation-related build issues, identify enhancement opportunities, and maintain version control.
• Participate in upgrades, integrated testing, and environment validations.
• Partner cross-functionally with other solution teams (e.g., Orders, PowerChart, FirstNet, PharmNet, and CareAware).

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Cerner Physician Documentation build and project experience.
• Strong understanding of physician documentation templates, dynamic documentation, and PowerNote design.
• Proven experience supporting multiple facilities or enterprise clinical environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
