Our East Coast client has an immediate need for a technical support resource for their QMS FOCUS dialysis billing system. This is a fully remote position supporting all technical functions including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades. This consultant will have a monthly bucket of hours.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with QMS FOCUS dialysis billing system (critical)
  • Understanding of dialysis revenue cycle workflows
  • Experience with healthcare billing systems
  • Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • System upgrade and patch management experience
  • Remote system administration capabilities

Nice to Have:

  • ESRD/dialysis clinical operations knowledge
  • Experience with other renal billing platforms
  • Healthcare IT system integration experience
  • Epic interface experience (for potential integration needs)
