Job Summary:
 
                            Senior Consultant Advisor, EMR Christine Woods is recruiting this position.
Our East Coast client has an immediate need for a technical support resource for their QMS FOCUS dialysis billing system. This is a fully remote position supporting all technical functions including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades. This consultant will have a monthly bucket of hours.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with QMS FOCUS dialysis billing system (critical)
- Understanding of dialysis revenue cycle workflows
- Experience with healthcare billing systems
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- System upgrade and patch management experience
- Remote system administration capabilities
Nice to Have:
- ESRD/dialysis clinical operations knowledge
- Experience with other renal billing platforms
- Healthcare IT system integration experience
- Epic interface experience (for potential integration needs)
