Our client is looking for a Workday Grants Business Systems Analyst to join their team in December 2025. In this role, you will play a key role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting Workday solutions to meet client business needs in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Workday implementations.
  • Configure and customize Workday applications to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting using Workday tools to provide insights and drive decision-making.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution for Workday-related items.
  • Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of Workday functionality.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6 + years of hands-on Workday implementation experience
  • Proven background in Workday configuration, integrations, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • 3 + years of Grants Application Support experience.
  • Preferred: Gifts and Grants experience within a Healthcare environment.

Additional Details:

Contract Type: W2 only

Duration: 6 + months

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
