We are seeking an experienced Oracle Health PathNet/Lab Solution Analyst with a strong focus on Anatomic Pathology (AP). This role will support and optimize AP workflows, configuration, and system performance within a large healthcare environment. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Oracle Health (Cerner) PathNet AP functionality and a solid understanding of laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle Health PathNet with emphasis on Anatomic Pathology (AP)
  • Support AP workflows, including case management, grossing, histology, cytology, frozen sections, specimen tracking, and result reporting
  • Build and maintain AP dictionaries, terminology, case templates, rules, and workflow automation
  • Assist with accessioning workflows and specimen container management
  • Collaborate with AP leadership, pathologists, lab staff, and IT teams to enhance operational efficiency
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with technical teams to resolve system defects
