This is a 6-month contract position (with potential for extension) supporting ongoing operations and maintenance of the Epic Beaker platform. The ideal candidate will work independently with minimal supervision to handle break/fix issues, respond to tickets, and support operational stability while the organization builds its internal team. This role requires a seasoned professional who can hit the ground running—first-time consultants will not be considered due to current staffing constraints and the need for immediate productivity.

Requirements

• Active Epic Beaker certification (required)
• Extensive hands-on experience with Data Innovations functionality within Epic Beaker
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal guidance or supervision
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for break/fix scenarios
• Experience managing and resolving help desk tickets efficiently
• Previous consulting experience in a healthcare IT environment (no first-time consultants)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders
• Immediate availability and flexibility for interviews this week
