We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Reporting Lead to support a full-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials (FIN), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM). This role will serve as the technical lead for all reporting workstreams, partnering closely with functional teams, technical developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, accurate, and user-friendly reports across the enterprise. This is a 100% remote contract position that would start immediately and continue for the next 12 + months.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of reports and analytics across Oracle Cloud FIN, SCM, and HCM modules.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain Oracle Cloud reports using tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, Smart View, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• Create and manage data models, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Oversee the build and delivery of conversion and reconciliation reports for data migration.
• Ensure all reporting solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Support data validation, testing, and troubleshooting of reporting issues throughout implementation and post-go-live.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior reporting resources and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Coordinate with the ERP technical team on integrations and data extraction needs.
• Work with functional and business teams to create ad hoc and operational reporting solutions.

• 5 + years of experience in Oracle ERP reporting, including at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, Smart View, and OAC.
• Proven expertise in working with Oracle Cloud FIN, SCM, and HCM modules.
• Deep understanding of Oracle data structures, subject areas, and security frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a lead or client-facing role preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience in public sector or healthcare industry environments.
• Knowledge of change management and training best practices for reporting tools.
• Familiarity with project management tools and Agile methodologies.
