We are seeking an Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end implementation and testing activities across our enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, comprehensive Oracle Fusion functional knowledge, and a proven history of managing full lifecycle testing—from requirements gathering through UAT and production validation. This role will begin immediately & go for the next 12-18 months, in a hybrid capacity.

Key Responsibilities

In partnership with our implementation provider, the Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Oracle Fusion ERP projects that align with organizational objectives.

Job Duties:

• Develop, manage, and oversee the full testing strategy for the Oracle Fusion implementation, including:
  • System Testing
  • SIT
  • End-to-End Testing
  • UAT
  • Regression Testing
  • Cutover & Post–Go-Live Validation
• Design and maintain detailed test plans, test scripts, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional testing cycles, ensuring timely defect tracking and resolution.
• Lead all testing-related activities such as data validation, workflow testing, and integration testing.
• Drive quality assurance processes from project initiation through deployment.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ERP Lead, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes (finance, procurement, supply chain, HR).
• Demonstrated experience leading and executing end-to-end testing cycles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
