Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an experienced Operational Readiness / Training Project Manager with Epic implementation expertise to support a critical EHR integration project for a major healthcare organization preparing for an August 2026 go-live.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Managing Epic training and implementation experience
  • Strong ability to translate and communicate current state workflows into Epic terminology and processes
  • Experience with Epic University Led Implementation (EUTS) model and Epic-to-Epic transitions
  • Demonstrated expertise in operational readiness planning for healthcare EHR implementations
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to interpret and apply Epic University language and documentation
  • Strong project coordination skills with ability to work proactively and independently
  • Willingness to travel onsite to Roseville, CA as required
  • Ability to work full-time on this engagement with no moonlighting or concurrent projects
  • Epic certification in any application area strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting multi-campus healthcare organizations preferred
