Job Summary:
Consultant Advisor, ERP Michael Cooper is recruiting this position.
Healthcare IT Leaders is expanding our Workday Practice and seeking a Senior Workday Integration Lead to support a major healthcare client implementation. This is a full-time internal position. In this role, you will serve as the primary integration lead, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and driving complex Workday technical integrations from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Lead integration meetings, guide technical discussions, and ensure alignment across project workstreams
- Develop and support integrations using Workday Studio
- Drive integration efforts for ACH, BAI, 834, and Web Services
- Partner with client teams to manage requirements, testing, troubleshooting, and go-live readiness
- Support a long-term timeline with continuity across major project milestones
- Collaborate with internal HITL Workday leaders and client stakeholders on best practices and solution design
- Active Workday Integration Certification, required
- Strong experience developing and leading integrations on Workday implementations
- Hands-on proficiency with Workday Studio and Web Services
- Deep understanding of:
- ACH processing
- BAI file formats
- EDI 834 transactions
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
- Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
