Job Summary:
Consultant Advisor, ERP Jessica Plemmons is recruiting this position.
Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Talent Management to support a Talent & Organizational Development and Learning (OD&L) Center of Excellence for a large healthcare organization in Houston. This role will own strategic and tactical programs that support talent, engagement, learning, and organizational development initiatives. The Program Manager will lead end-to-end project delivery, change management, and performance reporting while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
This is a hybrid contract role based in Houston, TX. Only local candidates will be considered at this time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage strategic, cross-functional, and technology-enabled programs supporting Talent & Organizational Development and Learning initiatives
- Lead end-to-end program delivery including project planning, change management, budget oversight, and execution
- Develop and manage program strategies, milestones, KPIs, and reporting to ensure visibility into status, risks, and outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders across Talent, Engagement, Learning, and Leadership Development teams
- Provide executive-level presentations and updates on program performance
- Navigate ambiguity and competing priorities while driving results in a fast-paced environment
- Apply human-centered and agile design approaches to enhance program effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field (required)
- Master’s degree preferred
- Certified practitioner in one or more assessment tools such as 360s, Hogan, Birkman, DiSC, or StrengthsFinder
- 5+ years of progressive program management experience in talent management, learning, leadership development, change management, or organizational behavior
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Experience building and facilitating presentations for executive audiences
- Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving, and thought leadership
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer-service oriented with a collaborative, consultative approach
