Our Healthcare client is seeking a Project Manager - Technology & Reporting to provide project management support for a large-scale Workday Full Suite implementation within a healthcare environment. This role supports the PMO and Workday delivery leadership and focuses on coordination, tracking, and execution support rather than ownership of the overall program. This 12+ month, hybrid, contract role will begin in the next few weeks.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) across all project workstreams.
  • Perform risk assessments, identify mitigation strategies, and maintain RAID logs using Powered Execution Suite (PES).
  • Support PMO leadership with project coordination, reporting, and documentation.
  • Manage resource utilization tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate schedules and facilitate meeting planning.
  • Support the development, management, and execution of the project cutover plan.
  • Track project deliverables and assist with securing and documenting deliverable sign-offs.
  • Maintain project plan tracking in collaboration with the SI PMO.
  • Support Workday Delivery Assurance scheduling and execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and project management support experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience working on large, multi-workstream technology or ERP programs.
  • Ability to manage details, documentation, and coordination in a structured PMO environment.
  • Access to required systems and tools to support project execution.
