Our client in the Central Timezone is looking for an ERP Project financial analyst to help managing the finances and budget for a large Workday implementation. This is a 12 month+ contract with potential contract to hire. This role is fully remote.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Financial Analyst or similar role supporting large-scale ERP implementations
  • Specific experience with Workday implementation projects of significant size and scope
  • Strong financial accounting background with expertise in project budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
  • Ability to manage complex budgets and provide accurate financial reporting for multi-million dollar programs
  • Experience working with program directors and senior leadership on resource planning and budget management
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, variance analysis, and cost management
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial data to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment
