Our NYC client is seeking an experienced Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant/Project Manager with a strong background in the medical and healthcare industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, making strategic decisions, and delivering successful HCM solutions that
align with the organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7+ years in the medical/healthcare industry
- 7+ year of HCM Consulting/Project Management experience
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage large scale HCM Projects.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll, and compliance
