Job Summary:
Consultant Advisor, ERP Jessica Plemmons is recruiting this position.
The Enterprise Business System Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight of our healthcare client's Business Systems including but not limited to:
- Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
- Learning Management Systems
- Timekeeping Systems
With the CIO, this individual will lead the development and governance of enterprise business systems as strategic products, managing their full lifecycle, from vision and planning to implementation, sustainment, and continuous improvement, while ensuring sound project management discipline and financial stewardship across initiatives.
Reporting to the Vice President/Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Governance Committee, the Director oversees the ERP Manager and related teams and serves as the bridge between business operations and technology, aligning enterprise systems with strategic and operational objectives.
Additional Details:
- Must have UKG and Infor experience.
- Must be open to a contract to hire opportunity (6 - 12 months to start).
- Must be willing to accommodate 25% on-site travel to Alaska.
- Must work AKT hours.
- Must have healthcare industry experience.
