Our East Coast Healthcare client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Support Level 2 professional with strong expertise in Nuvolo and ServiceNow. This role supports enterprise clinical, business, financial, and infrastructure applications, with a focus on Nuvolo Asset and Workplace Management solutions. The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support, system configuration, and continuous service improvement in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role has an initial duration of 6 months & is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Nuvolo modules (EAM, IWMS, Facilities, Space, Clinical Engineering) on the ServiceNow platform, including Asset Management and CMDB.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Perform system integrations, data migrations, and workflow automation.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts, business rules, UI policies, and reports.
• Provide Level 2 application support: troubleshoot, document, and resolve incidents and service requests while meeting SLAs.
• Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Create documentation and provide end-user training and ongoing support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and improve service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process and service improvement.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, systems support, or IT operations.
• Strong understanding of business, clinical, financial, and infrastructure application workflows.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Nuvolo, asset management systems, or CMDB preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving team environment.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
