Job Summary:
Consultant Advisor, ERP Kyle Johnson is recruiting this position.
Our East Coast Healthcare client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Support Level 2 professional with strong expertise in Nuvolo and ServiceNow. This role supports enterprise clinical, business, financial, and infrastructure applications, with a focus on Nuvolo Asset and Workplace Management solutions. The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support, system configuration, and continuous service improvement in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role has an initial duration of 6 months & is 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Nuvolo modules (EAM, IWMS, Facilities, Space, Clinical Engineering) on the ServiceNow platform, including Asset Management and CMDB.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Perform system integrations, data migrations, and workflow automation.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts, business rules, UI policies, and reports.
- Provide Level 2 application support: troubleshoot, document, and resolve incidents and service requests while meeting SLAs.
- Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Create documentation and provide end-user training and ongoing support.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and improve service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process and service improvement.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, systems support, or IT operations.
- Strong understanding of business, clinical, financial, and infrastructure application workflows.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Nuvolo, asset management systems, or CMDB preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving team environment.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
