Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an experienced, Certified Workday Financials Consultant to support multiple concurrent healthcare client engagements including a major ERP implementation project and ongoing managed services.
Job Summary: This role involves providing expert Workday Financials consulting across multiple healthcare organization engagements over a 6 + month period. This position requires strong expertise in Workday Financials configuration, implementation best practices, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously in a healthcare environment.
Requirements:
- Workday Financials Certification, required
- 5 + years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials implementation and configuration
- Proven track record of successful Workday ERP implementations, preferably in healthcare settings
- Strong understanding of financial management processes including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements with varying time commitments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with managed services and post-implementation support
- Ability to work independently and provide expert guidance to client teams
- Flexibility to adjust workload across multiple projects based on client needs
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
