Job Summary:
Consultant Advisor, ERP Kyle Johnson is recruiting this position.
Our West Coast Healthcare client is seeking an experienced Infor Lawson Legacy ERP Support Analyst to provide day-to-day operational support for a Lawson v10 on-premise system during an enterprise transition to Workday. This role is critical to “keeping the lights on” while the legacy system remains in production. This 6+ month contract role with be primarily remote but occasional onsite visits may be required, especially during the beginning of the engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational and technical support for the legacy Infor Lawson v10 environment.
- Support modules including HCM, Financials (FINS), and Supply Chain (SCM) from an administrative perspective.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and ensure system stability during the Workday implementation.
- Develop and maintain COBOL programs and SQL queries for reporting, fixes, and enhancements.
- Partner closely with the current system architect and IT leadership; escalate issues as needed.
- Participate in initial onboarding and knowledge transfer; remote work thereafter with on-site support for key events (e.g., go-live).
- Provide on-site support as required near major milestones (including Workday go-live).
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Lawson System Administrator or ERP Support Analyst.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Infor Lawson v10 (on-premise).
- Solid COBOL and SQL skills.
- Experience supporting HCM, Financials, and/or Supply Chain modules.
- Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal IT leadership.
- Comfortable supporting legacy systems in parallel with a modern ERP implementation.
