Our healthcare client is looking to add a full-time, permanent, ERP (Workday) Security and Integration Analyst to their team as they undergo a major ERP transformation. This role will play a critical part in managing Workday integrations, security, and data governance across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain systems - supporting both implementation and post–go-live operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound Workday integrations across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Report Writer, and iLoad
  • Support incident management, integration monitoring, break/fix support, and regression testing
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integrations
  • Configure and maintain Workday security, including domain security policies, roles, and assignments
  • Perform system access audits and support internal/external security reviews
  • Collaborate with business partners, architects, technical leads, and vendors on interface design and maintenance
  • Stay current on Workday security roadmap enhancements and implement best practices

Requirements:

  • Workday PRO Certification (required)
  • 3 + years of experience in interface architecture and integration development
  • 3 + years of experience with HR/Finance/Supply Chain application security
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Workday Studio, EIB, Report Writer, iLoad
    • Web Services & APIs (SOAP, REST, WSDL)
    • XML and Java
    • ETL tools and data integration processes
  • Solid understanding of Workday security controls and data governance
  • Experience with relational databases, data warehousing, and performance tuning
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • HR, Finance, or Supply Chain functional experience preferred
