We are seeking a Clinical Research AI Project Manager to lead multiple oncology-focused initiatives building in-house prognostic models using existing clinical data. This is a fully remote, 6-month contract, supporting physician-led research in collaboration with dedicated data science and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the bridge between oncology investigators and data science/engineering teams
  • Translate clinical questions into clear project plans and requirements
  • Help define a replicable base prognostic model across disease areas
  • Establish and monitor data pipelines, QC processes, risks, and dependencies
  • Manage timelines and alignment across multiple parallel initiatives
  • Navigate evolving governance, reporting, and budget structures
Required Qualifications
  • Clinical research project management experience (IRB, protocols, study design, timelines)
  • Ability to translate between clinicians and technical teams
  • Oncology exposure
