Our healthcare client in the Northeast is seeking a Project Manager for a 5+ month contract opportunity. They are looking for consultants open to contract to hire as this role will likely convert to a permanent position. Travel will be required for this role.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate with Project Manager(s), Vendor(s), Stakeholders for the Vendor's technology Solution deliverables and expectation of Build requirements and deliverables.
  • Provide assistance and support the security and Technology Solution architecture reviews.
  • Coordinate with Vendors and Stakeholders to complete required Questionnaire(s) and provide requested Supporting Document(s).
  • Coordinate and facilitate with Vendors and Stakeholders for Technical Build Review Process of the Healthcare Technology solution.
  • Coordinate and facilitate with Vendors and Stakeholders for Post-Implementation Review Process of the Healthcare Technology solution.
  • Coordinate and facilitate with Vendors Stakeholders for End-Point Device(s) and System(s) Build, and their Operational Readiness.
  • Coordinate and facilitate with Vendors Stakeholders for Interoperability of Data and System Interfaces build between On-Premise System(s), Imaging modalities and Cloud System(s).
  • Coordinate and facilitate with Vendors Stakeholders for secured data transmission setup and requirements between On-Premise System(s) and Cloud System(s).
  • Coordinate with Operational team and Service Desk for Monitoring, Support and Maintenance preparation and their required workflow.
  • Manage Technical Build Process development and standardization through Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement Guidelines.
  • Coordinate with Project Manager(s), Implementation team, Vendor(s) for the deployment and implementation of the technology solution for the Health System with Integrated Delivery Network(IDN).

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years’ experience in IT Program Mgmt.
  • Management experience, including people, program, project and budget creation is required.
  • Strong Healthcare Technology Solution Skills and Experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Preferred.
  • A satisfactory combination of education, training and experience, with Bachelors or Masters degrees preferred.
  • Experience working with Technology Solution in Health System with Integrated Delivery Network(IDN).
  • Experience working with Infrastructure Build of Healthcare Technology Solution.
  • Experience working with Monday.com for Dashboard Reporting.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Visio, Darw.io(diagrams.net), and LucidChart.
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification desired.
