Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Workday Training Lead to coordinate and manage enterprise training initiatives for a 6-month contract engagement starting immediately.

Summary:

This individual will oversee training coordination and assignment management for a major ERP implementation project. This role requires a professional who can effectively organize, schedule, and assign training resources while ensuring successful knowledge transfer across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Workday systems and proven ability to manage training programs in complex enterprise environments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Training Lead or Training Coordinator in enterprise environments
  • Strong expertise with Workday platform and related training modules
  • Demonstrated ability to assign, coordinate, and schedule training sessions and resources
  • Experience managing training programs for ERP and Workforce Management systems
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to start immediately and commit to a 6-month contract engagement
  • Experience in healthcare or large enterprise organizations preferred
