Our East Coast Healthcare client is seeking a Workday AP & Supply Chain Implementation Analyst to support a healthcare client through a Workday implementation. In this client-side role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and hands-on analyst, helping bridge the transition from legacy systems to Workday across Accounts Payable and Supply Chain Management. This hybrid (Valhalla NY) role has an initial duration of 12 months + extensions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support AP data migration, including mapping, validation, and testing of invoices, vendors, and payment history
• Configure and optimize AP workflows, approval processes, and supplier management
• Develop and execute test scenarios; identify and resolve issues early
• Partner with AP teams on reporting, analytics, and system adoption
• Provide knowledge transfer to enable long-term client success
• Advise on SCM processes, including procurement and inventory management
• Guide business process design and configuration decisions for supply chain in Workday
• Support change management and strategic process alignment

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials implementations (AP required; SCM preferred)
• Strong data analysis and validation skills
• Ability to balance detailed execution with strategic advisory work
• Excellent communication and knowledge transfer capabilities
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with Allscripts or Infor is a plus
