Assistant Director - Data/VoIP - Network Infrastructure

## Requirements
- Hands-on expert experience in architecture/design, implementation & administration of data/VoIP networks, Right fax enterprise architecture, and Mobile carrier/radio carrier systems
- Expertise in Cisco technologies including CUCM various versions, Cisco IP Phones, Cisco Unity Connection, CISCO VG224 Analog Gateways, and troubleshooting complex routing/switching issues
- Experience with PBX systems, telecommunications infrastructure planning, design, deployment, optimization, and managing 24/7 telecommunications services support for healthcare facilities
- Master's Degree in Healthcare, Hospital, Public, or Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior or related field with 3 years of experience (1 year in managerial/supervisory capacity); OR Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience (2 years in managerial/supervisory capacity)
- Proven ability to lead network project implementations, manage major projects impacting multiple facilities, conduct root cause analysis, and lead/guide junior network staff
- Experience managing telecommunications budgets, vendor relationships, inventory management, and compliance activities while working independently with minimum supervision
