Our East Coast Healthcare client is seeking a Data & AI Training Content Developer to design and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences that build data and AI literacy across the organization. This role transforms complex technical concepts into clear, practical content that supports responsible data and AI use in a healthcare environment. This majority remote role has an initial duration of 6 months, ideally contract to hire.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training materials (e-learning, slide decks, videos, labs, and learning paths) for data and AI programs
  • Create hands-on, real-world learning experiences and case studies
  • Translate technical and governance concepts into accessible, learner-friendly content
  • Collaborate with Data, AI, Product, and Governance teams to ensure accuracy and alignment
  • Maintain and continuously improve curriculum based on feedback and evolving technologies
  • Support certification programs, assessments, and competency frameworks
  • Ensure content aligns with adult learning principles, accessibility, and DEIA best practices

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Instructional Design, Data Analytics, Education, or related field preferred)
  • Experience in instructional design and developing content for adult learners
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Excel) and basic AI concepts
  • Experience with e-learning tools and LMS platforms preferred
  • Certifications in instructional design, learning experience design, or related fields are a plus
