Healthcare IT Leaders is seeing a Meditech Expanse Architect with a Saviynt experience for a 4+ month project focused on integrating Saviynt into Meditech Expanse. 100% Remote for project duration. ASAP Start Date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all Meditech Expanse security architecture discussions as the sole Expanse SME on the client engagement team
• Document Expanse's role and access matrix including NPR-based roles, screen and form level permissions, department security, and provider dictionary structures
• Determine which Expanse access components can be managed via FHIR API, database, or flat file versus what must stay native
• Map Expanse security constructs to Saviynt entitlements so the client team can build the integration on their side
• Provide explicit technical instructions to the client's internal team for any hands-on configuration or extraction work inside Expanse

Requirements:

• Deep Meditech Expanse security architecture experience including user provisioning, role-based access controls, screen and form level permissions, and department level security
• Working knowledge of Expanse NPR-based role structures and how access is granted and revoked at a granular level
• Understanding of Meditech Expanse FHIR APIs for user management, including their limitations
• Ability to document and articulate architectural patterns even where Meditech vendor documentation is incomplete
• Comfortable in a consulting and advisory capacity, not just internal hospital administration
• Prior experience integrating Expanse with third-party IAM platforms such as Saviynt
• Experience with identity lifecycle automation in healthcare, HR-driven provisioning, access certifications, segregation of duties
• Multi-facility or enterprise-scale Meditech security experience
