 UKG Program Director

Our Healthcare Client based out of the northeast is looking for UKG Program Director with experience in overseeing the project vs heads down PM. This role will be responsible for leading the PMO, Steering Committees, and overall governance of the project.

- Duration: May 2025 – August 2027

- Travel: Remote, no on-site requirement

Qualifications/ Requirements:

- 7+ years of project management experience, including 3–5 years implementing UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Kronos WFD), with minimum 2 full life cycle end-to-end UKG implementations

- Strong healthcare industry background with proven experience supporting multi-entity health systems, complex organizational structures, shared services, and unionized environments

- Demonstrated understanding of WFM modules: Time & Attendance, Advanced Scheduling, EZ-Call, Leave Management, Accruals, and Timeclocks

- Experience integrating UKG WFM with Workday (HR/Payroll) and Epic (EMR); ability to manage union rules, shift differentials, and healthcare-specific scheduling best practices

- Executive-level communicator comfortable leading Steering Committees, managing business leaders, identifying risks, and guiding strategic decisions alongside UKG implementation partner
