 Senior UKG WFM Analytics Consultant

We are seeking a skilled UKG Pro WFM Data Hub Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance workforce management data integrations and reporting. This role will be responsible for managing data flows within UKG Pro WFM (formerly Kronos), ensuring data accuracy, and supporting business-critical workforce processes through Data Hub configurations and analytics.

- Duration: 3-5 months

- Start: April 2026

- Travel: Remote (EST Timezone)

• Design, develop, and maintain UKG Pro WFM Data Hub integrations and data pipelines
• Configure and support Data Hub for data extraction, transformation, and delivery
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems
• Monitor and troubleshoot Data Hub jobs, interfaces, and integrations
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data feeds
• Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
• Document technical designs, processes, and data flows
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards

• UKGPro WFM Datahub Certification is required
• 3+ years of experience with UKG Pro WFM (Kronos Workforce Management)
• Hands-on experience with Data Hub configuration and support
