We’re looking for a Workday LMS Consultant to support a large-scale LMS conversion initiative within the healthcare space.

Project Overview: Our client is undergoing a Workday LMS harmonization project, consolidating multiple systems into a single Workday instance with a targeted go-live of January 1, 2027.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Workday LMS configuration (build) activities
  • Develop and maintain mapping documentation for LMS data and processes
  • Execute system testing, including unit and integration testing
  • Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution during build and testing phases
  • Manage change requests (log, track, and configure approved updates)
  • Provide regular status reporting and progress updates to project stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Workday Learning (LMS) configuration
  • Strong background in Workday implementations, conversions, or optimizations
  • Experience with data mapping, testing cycles, and defect resolution
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus

Engagement Details

Start Date: April 2026

Contract Duration: 6 + months

Location: 100% Remote
