Job Summary:

Consultant Advisor, EMR Summer Center is recruiting this position.

Seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Analyst to support Epic Wave 2 go-live efforts. Responsible for configuring, building, and optimizing Epic’s population health management tools and ambulatory workflows.

Remote Start Date: ASAP

Onsite Start Date: 5/29/2026

Duration: 2 month + possible extension

Requirements

Epic Healthy Planet Certification
3+ years of Epic experience
Must be able to travel onsite for Go-Live 5/29-6/30
