Job Summary:
Consultant Advisor, ERP Kyle Johnson is recruiting this position.
Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Workday Integrations Consultant to support a large-scale Workday implementation for a healthcare system. This role will focus on designing, building, and supporting integrations across key systems as part of an active deployment. This is a 100% remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using standard tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, etc.)
- Support end-to-end integration lifecycle including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner
- Support data validation, testing cycles, and go-live activities
- Document integration designs, processes, and technical specifications
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with Workday Integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services)
- Experience supporting Workday implementations (not just production support)
- Strong understanding of integration design patterns and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting healthcare clients
- Familiarity with HR, Payroll, or Financials integrations within Workday
- Experience with third-party vendor integrations and data mapping
