Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Workday Integrations Consultant to support a large-scale Workday implementation for a healthcare system. This role will focus on designing, building, and supporting integrations across key systems as part of an active deployment. This is a 100% remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using standard tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, etc.)
• Support end-to-end integration lifecycle including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner
• Support data validation, testing cycles, and go-live activities
• Document integration designs, processes, and technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Workday Integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services)
• Experience supporting Workday implementations (not just production support)
• Strong understanding of integration design patterns and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting healthcare clients
• Familiarity with HR, Payroll, or Financials integrations within Workday
• Experience with third-party vendor integrations and data mapping
