One of our California healthcare clients is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst IV with experience supporting Epic Phoenix within transplant workflows.

This role is focused on workflow optimization and implementation, not ticket-based support. The ideal candidate will have experience working within transplant programs and be comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Epic Phoenix certification
  • Epic Ambulatory or ClinDoc certification
  • 5+ years of Epic application analyst experience
  • Experience with transplant workflows (referrals, evaluation, waitlist management)
  • Hands-on experience with implementation, workflow design, or optimization
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives

Preferred:

  • Experience with Epic Phoenix billing or revenue cycle integration
  • Experience training end users and supporting adoption
  • Background working in large health systems
