Our New York client has an immediate need for an Epic Beans and Ambulatory analyst for at least three months. This is fully remote. No vendors please.

Requirements/Details:

• Lead design, build, and configuration of Epic Ambulatory and Epic Beans
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of clinical or operational workflows in outpatient dialysis departments and related applications
• Works closely with clinical stakeholders, departmental operations staff, and other DTP teams to ensure the Epic system meets the needs of our providers and supports high-quality patient care, safety, and efficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to be onsite for go-live support at the Command Center (at Mount Sinai South Nassau)
• Assist with Incident queue management – from receiving issues reported by users and/or ATE support, to completing required build changes, and following-through with change management, issue resolution with user
• Thorough demonstrated knowledge of clinical workflows
• Create and maintain comprehensive system build documentation, decision logs to ensure transparency and continuity, tipsheets for end user
• Create and maintain test scripts for unit, integration and UAT testing
• Execute testing and manage timely resolution of defects, issues, optimization requests in all phases of the project

Experience:

• Epic Ambulatory certification and experience REQUIRED
• Epic Beans certification and experience REQUIRED
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an Epic Ambulatory Analyst, Builder, or Consultant in a hospital or integrated healthcare environment REQUIRED
• Minimum of 2-3 years of hand-on experience as an Epic Beans analyst, builder, or consultant in a hospital or integrated healthcare environment REQUIRED
• 2-3 years of experience in Epic Regulatory Reporting experience PREFERRED
