RCM Change Management Data Analyst

Must be able to work on a W2 contract - we are unable to accept any vendor submissions for this role.

Overview

Seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support Revenue Cycle change management initiatives. This role is focused on tracking, analyzing, and supporting workflow changes across operations, with a strong emphasis on organization, stakeholder communication, and independent execution. The team is operating at capacity, so this individual must be able to ramp quickly and contribute with minimal oversight.


Responsibilities
  • Support Revenue Cycle change management efforts across operational workflows
  • Analyze, track, and document changes to ensure alignment and visibility across stakeholders
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, identify gaps, and drive solutions
  • Maintain and manage detailed tracking tools, reports, and documentation
  • Utilize Excel to build and manage data sets, including pivot tables, lookups, and formulas
  • Navigate and leverage SharePoint for documentation and collaboration
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation

Requirements
  • Proven experience in Revenue Cycle Change Management Operations
  • Strong understanding of workflows and how changes impact downstream operations
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas required)
  • SharePoint experience (navigational and functional use)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and tracking capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and ramp quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and support stakeholders
