Job Summary:
New York client seeking an Amion Project Manager to start immediately! This project is 3 months with potential extensions and fully remote. Please see additional details and requirements below!
Role Overview:
• Serve as a point of contact for service lines on all Amion-related onboarding and readiness activities
• Manage multiple service line engagements simultaneously, each on a ~4-week preparation cycle
• Work directly with department administrators, schedulers, and clinical leadership across service lines to prepare their Amion schedules for Epic integration
• Support service lines in cleaning up and standardizing existing Amion schedules
• Facilitate hand-off between service line prep work and the technical/Epic build team
Requirements:
• High-functioning, self-directed individual who can manage multiple concurrent workstreams without close oversight
• Comfortable working with clinical and administrative stakeholders at all levels
• Healthcare operations or health system project coordination experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Amion and/or Epic scheduling workflows is a plus but not required — we can train on the tools
