Registered Nurse - Med Surg

Location: Cleveland, OH – 100% On-Site

Duration: 2 Year Contract 

 

Job Summary:

Our healthcare client located in Cleveland, OH is seeking 3 Registered Nurses (RNs) with Med Surg experience. This is a long-term contract role looking to start at the beginning of June 2026 and run until May of 2028.

Work Schedule:

Shifts, tours of duty, and hours may vary depending on the unit. Contract nurses/RNs shall be available to work on days, nights, evenings, weekends, and Holidays. Shifts are primarily 12-hours, with some units offering 8-hour and 10-hour shifts

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurses (RNs). Contract RNs, including Specialty Registered Nurses (those with experience in Intensive Care, Medical-Surgical Units, Telemetry and Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency Room) shall have:
  • Graduation from a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate State-accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the applicant completed the program: The accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)
  • A current license from the Ohio Board of Nursing or a current multi-state license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Current certification in CPR by an American Health Association Vendor
  • Current Basic Life Support certification. If assigned to Intensive Care Unit/Step Down or Emergency Department, contract nurse/RN shall also have current ACLS certification
  • A current CV which identifies the provider’s education and professional qualifications commensurate with the position or specialty for which they are being offered to perform. Specialty certification preferred.
  • A minimum of two (2) years direct patient care experience within the last three (3) years. 
  • Must be US Citizen.
