We are seeking experienced ICU RNs for an 18 + month contract to support high-acuity patient care on-site in Cleveland, OH. This role will supplement existing staff and ensure the delivery of critical care services while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence. Candidates must be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and integrating quickly into established care teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Active RN license (Ohio or compact/NLC state)
  • Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience (within last 3 years)
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
  • CPR certification (AHA)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to critically ill patients in ICU setting
  • Monitor and manage complex patient conditions, including ventilators and critical drips
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Schedule:

  • 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (primarily 12-hour)
  • Days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
