Our West Coast Healthcare client is seeking an experienced Infor Lawson Analyst to join their team. This role involves troubleshooting complex system issues, enhancing existing solutions, and translating business requirements into technical configurations. This 100% remote role required candidates to work Pacific-standard time.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Infor Lawson IPA solutions
  • Support HR, Supply Chain, Accounts Payable (AP), and Payroll modules
  • Analyze and interpret business processes and Lawson data structures
  • Review and modify existing COBOL programs to support new workflows
  • Translate COBOL scripts into IPA solutions
  • Design, build, test, and validate system configurations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Infor Lawson (IPA, HR, Supply Chain, AP)
  • Knowledge of AP, Supply Chain, and Payroll processes
  • Experience working with and modifying COBOL scripts
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Solid organizational and project management skills
