Our hybrid Florida client is seeking a Lead Provider Apps/Dragon dictation Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for a 6+ month engagement starting as soon as possible.

Travel: Primarily remote; occasional on-site presence preferred.

Details/Requirements:

  • Hybrid Lead-level role supporting a Cerner client currently implementing Epic. 
  • 3+ years as a Lead Analyst specializing in provider applications and clinical dictation solutions, with a strong focus on Dragon speech recognition technologies.
  • Lead implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of speech recognition and provider documentation tools.
  • Partner with physicians, clinicians, and operational leaders to improve documentation workflows and user experience.
  • Manage integrations between dictation solutions and EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and other clinical systems.
