Our Midwest Healthcare client is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead for a contract engagement supporting healthcare IT initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of OCM expertise and the ability to establish a FinOps/Cloud Governance framework. This 100% remote role has a 3 month initial duration.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead OCM efforts including stakeholder management, change readiness, and communications planning
  • Facilitate working sessions with clinical and IT leadership
  • Assess organizational needs and translate findings into governance strategy
  • Design and implement a FinOps/Cloud Governance framework, including:
    • Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE)
    • Cost accountability models
    • Tagging standards and policies
    • Chargeback/showback models
    • Governance guardrails

 Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Organizational Change Management
  • Hands-on experience building or implementing FinOps or cloud governance frameworks
  • Strong facilitation and executive stakeholder engagement skills
  • Healthcare IT experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Epic is a plus
