We are seeking a full-time remote Program Manager - Quality Assurance to lead QA efforts within a healthcare environment. This role will oversee compliance, audits, and performance improvement initiatives to ensure quality standards are met across operations.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the QA program
- Ensure compliance with healthcare quality standards
- Conduct audits and analyze quality metrics
- Drive performance improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or 25+ years contact center leadership experience
- Clinical background required
- 3+ years managing QA programs in healthcare or telehealth
- Experience with auditing, quality metrics, and performance improvement
