ASAP opening for a Cerner Charge Services Analyst for a 6 month contracting opportunity.

This role will focus on Charge Services work across the full charge suite, including new CDM activity, and will partner closely with Revenue Integrity and operations. The ideal candidate is a strong senior analyst who can step into a fast moving environment, help address charge related workflow and build gaps, and ideally provide mentorship to newer staff.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day Charge Services work across the full charge suite
• ASAP Start Date
• 1st week onsite then fully remote for remainder of project
• Strong possibly of extensions beyond 6 months
• Must be able to work on a W2 - We are not able to accept vendor submissions for this role.
• Must be a senior level analyst and able to mentor junior level analysts.
• Assist with new CDM related work and broader charge initiatives
• Partner closely with Revenue Integrity and operations teams
• Help identify and resolve charge issues tied to workflow and order build gaps
• Support initiatives where documentation is not dropping the correct technical and professional charges
• Provide guidance and mentorship to newer team members when needed

Qualifications

• Strong Charge Services experience in a healthcare environment
• Senior analyst level background with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable in high volume environments with operational complexity
• Experience working through charge reconciliation, workflow gaps, and build related issues
• Prior mentoring experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and an outgoing style that helps build rapport with staff and stakeholders
