We are seeking a Workday Financials Analyst with strong full-cycle implementation experience. This is a hands-on functional role supporting Finance initiatives from design through go live and ongoing support. You will work closely with stakeholders and play a key role in the configuration, testing, across the implementation of Workday Financials for a large, hospital system.

Responsibilities

• Support full cycle implementation of Workday Financials with a focus on cash management, core financials, and asset management.
• Assist with testing including test script creation user acceptance testing and defect resolution
• Translate business requirements into functional design and configuration
• Manage system changes from start to finish
• Partner with Finance Lead to deliver solutions
• Support reporting documentation and end user training

Qualifications

• Workday Financials including General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Customer Accounts, and Fixed Assets.
• Full cycle implementation experience
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Testing including UAT test scripts and defect resolution
• Strong communication and stakeholder management

What We Are Looking For

• 4 or more years of Workday Financials implementation
• Workday Financials Certifications
• Proven ability to lead end to end implementations
• Strong functional expertise not just technical configuration
• Experience working directly with stakeholders
• Healthcare or similar industry
