Job Summary:
Consultant Advisor, ERP Alyssa Eilers is recruiting this position.
We are seeking a Workday Financials Analyst with strong full-cycle implementation experience. This is a hands-on functional role supporting Finance initiatives from design through go live and ongoing support. You will work closely with stakeholders and play a key role in the configuration, testing, across the implementation of Workday Financials for a large, hospital system.
Responsibilities
- Support full cycle implementation of Workday Financials with a focus on cash management, core financials, and asset management.
- Assist with testing including test script creation user acceptance testing and defect resolution
- Translate business requirements into functional design and configuration
- Manage system changes from start to finish
- Partner with Finance Lead to deliver solutions
- Support reporting documentation and end user training
Qualifications
- Workday Financials including General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Customer Accounts, and Fixed Assets.
- Full cycle implementation experience
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Testing including UAT test scripts and defect resolution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
What We Are Looking For
- 4 or more years of Workday Financials implementation
- Workday Financials Certifications
- Proven ability to lead end to end implementations
- Strong functional expertise not just technical configuration
- Experience working directly with stakeholders
- Healthcare or similar industry
