Identity Access Management Analyst - Help Desk Support
Contract Duration: 6 months
Location: Brentwood, TN (On-site 3 days per week)
Position Overview
We are seeking an entry-level Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst to provide help desk support for our healthcare client's behavioral health division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in identity and access management within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support user access management for the entire behavioral health division
- Resolve access-related issues and tickets in a timely manner
- Address "quick wins" and clean up "low hanging fruit" in the IAM environment
- Assist with user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications
- Support access point systems and help maintain security protocols
- Collaborate with a team of IAM professionals
- Provide responsive help desk support for access-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to learn technical systems quickly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in Brentwood, TN 3 days per week
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Experience with Active Directory (AD)
- Familiarity with Cerner or similar healthcare systems
- Previous help desk or IT support experience
- Understanding of basic IAM concepts
