Clinisys Sunquest SME, Blood Bank and Multi Facility Integration

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking a Clinisys Sunquest SME with strong Blood Bank experience across Sunquest build, configuration, workflow validation, integration, troubleshooting, testing, and stabilization for an immediate contracting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• The consultant will work closely with laboratory, blood bank, IT, operational, interface, and facility leadership teams.
• Strong Clinisys Sunquest experience
• Strong Sunquest Blood Bank experience required
• Prior Sunquest build and configuration experience required
• Experience supporting Sunquest across multiple hospitals, facilities, or locations
• Advanced knowledge of Blood Bank workflows, including type and screen, crossmatch, transfusion workflows, product inventory, antibody testing, compatibility testing, and related lab processes
• Experience with multi facility configuration, facility routing, location setup, department build, and enterprise level Sunquest considerations
• Ability to assess existing Sunquest build, workflow design, interface behavior, and facility specific configuration
• Experience supporting Sunquest interfaces, including ADT, orders, results, and facility routing
• Ability to lead troubleshooting efforts across build, workflow, interfaces, testing, and system behavior
• Experience validating workflows with lab, blood bank, IT, and operational stakeholders
• Ability to recommend and execute configuration, workflow, or integration changes needed to support a stable multi facility environment
• Experience supporting testing, validation, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and go live readiness
• Ability to operate independently as a true SME with minimal ramp up
• Remote, onsite, or hybrid based on what is most effective for the work
• Start date is ASAP
• Duration is open ended based on project needs
