Allscripts/Veradigm ERP Consultant – Finance & Supply Chain

Remote | Contract Opportunity | Healthcare Industry

Our East Coast healthcare client is seeking an experienced Allscripts/Veradigm ERP Consultant to support a large-scale One TIN consolidation initiative. This is a high-impact, remote contract opportunity for a consultant with deep expertise in healthcare ERP transformations, finance operations, and supply chain system configuration within the Allscripts/Veradigm environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading or supporting ERP restructuring, entity consolidations, financial module configuration, and supply chain transitions in complex healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

• Configure new company entities within the existing Allscripts/Veradigm ERP tenant based on approved enterprise structure designs
• Lead General Ledger restructuring activities including company setup, hierarchy changes, reporting basis adjustments, and beginning balance establishment
• Support cash management configuration for new banking relationships and treasury operations
• Manage Accounts Payable transition activities including vendor cleanup, consolidation, payment method updates, and open transaction migration
• Configure Accounts Receivable modules to align with the new organizational structure
• Support project and activity module transitions for active capital projects
• Coordinate fixed asset migrations between company entities at book value
• Reconfigure inventory and warehouse management processes, including item master reassignment and perpetual inventory transfers
• Oversee purchase order migration activities and open transaction handling
• Assist with vendor agreement and supplier contract reassignment
• Configure intercompany billing processes between acute care and non-acute care entities
• Update and maintain security configurations across finance and supply chain modules
• Modify and enhance custom financial reporting through DEPM and Application Studio

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Allscripts/Veradigm ERP systems, specifically within Finance and Supply Chain modules
• Strong background supporting healthcare ERP implementations, consolidations, or transformations
• Experience with General Ledger restructuring, AP/AR processes, fixed assets, inventory, and procurement workflows
• Knowledge of healthcare operational and financial environments, including acute and non-acute care entities
• Experience with DEPM and Application Studio reporting tools
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
