Our large integrated health system client has an immediate need for three Accuity Capture Business Transformation consultants for at least 8 months. Candidates must be W2 only; no vendors. Periodic onsite in Washington, DC up to 25%.

ROLE SUMMARY

Seeking three Consultants and Senior Consultants to support workstreams focused on revenue integrity and zero value leakage for risk-adjusted lines of business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support workstreams focused on revenue integrity, accuity capture, and zero value leakage for risk-adjusted lines of business

• Assist with implementation and adoption of AI-assisted suspecting tools (e.g., Navina) including workflow integration and user training

• Track go-live execution milestones, adoption metrics, and KPI/performance reporting across assigned workstreams

• Engage clinical stakeholders to build understanding of risk adjustment impact on clinical documentation and operations

• Support risk adjustment and population health analysis including HCC, RAF, and RADV metrics

• Contribute to workstream deliverables including process documentation, training materials, and status reports

• Escalate risks and issues to workstream leads with recommended solutions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5+ years of experience in revenue cycle, risk adjustment, population health, or clinical transformation

• Working knowledge of accuity capture workflows and clinical documentation improvement (CDI) concepts

• Familiarity with risk adjustment models, HCC coding principles, and value-based care frameworks

• Strong communication and clinical stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience contributing to go-live planning, adoption tracking, and KPI reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Clinical Sciences, or a related field
