We're seeking experienced consultants to support a large healthcare client's charge capture optimization initiative.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead rounding sessions with physicians and clinical staff to identify Epic optimization opportunities
  • Support workflow design, application build, testing, and go-live activities
  • Analyze charge capture processes and recommend improvements
  • Provide end-user support and training during implementation

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Epic, clinical workflow, or healthcare revenue cycle experience
  • Knowledge of charge capture, clinical documentation, ICD-10, and CPT coding
  • Strong communication skills and experience working directly with providers and clinical teams
