Job Summary:
Regional Recruiting Lead, Northeast Kyle McGovern is recruiting this position.
Our Washington D.C. client is seeking a Risk Adjustment & Population Health Program Governance Lead/Manager to join their team immediately on a mostly remote contract through 12/31/2026.
Project kickoff & milestone travel is expected - travel expenses will be covered.
**This client is only accepting candidates that can work as our W2 consultant.**
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3+ years of experience in Epic implementation, clinical workflow design, or healthcare revenue cycle
• Familiarity with charge capture processes and clinical documentation in an inpatient or ambulatory setting
• Ability to engage directly with physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding principles
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Epic certification in a relevant clinical module (EpicCare Ambulatory, Resolute, or similar)
• Experience with charge capture optimization or revenue integrity initiatives
• Exposure to clinical specialty areas such as Radiology, Lab, Pathology, or Urgent Care
