Job Summary:

Our client in Washington DC is seeking one Senior Consultant to lead Training Strategy and Content Development for a large charge capture program. The selected resource will design and execute a comprehensive end-user training strategy, develop clinical and operational training content, and apply change management principles to drive adoption across the program.

This position will be 6 months with potential extensions. Some occasional onsite travel to Washington DC is required.

Additional Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in training design, instructional design, or change management in a healthcare setting
  • Foundation-level or above proficiency in Training Design and Change Management methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience developing training content for clinical or operational audiences in a large organization
  • Epic training module experience or certification (e.g., Epic Training Environment build)
  • Prosci, ATD, or equivalent change management or instructional design certification
  • Experience managing training programs for EHR implementations or large-scale clinical transformations
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field
