Access eForms (Phreesia) Consultant – Contract

We're seeking an experienced Access eForms Consultant to support electronic forms and consent document management across a large healthcare system's Northern Region. This position is part-time and remote. 12 months+

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, publish, and maintain electronic forms and consent documents

• Configure signature workflows, routing rules, security access, and printing integrations

• Manage document filing back into the EHR and support system maintenance

• Partner with clinical, operational, and IT teams to gather requirements and support go-lives

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Access eForms (Phreesia) required

• Proven experience building and publishing forms, configuring workflows, and managing routing rules
